This Amendment No. 5 amends the Schedule 13D previously filed by STT Communications Ltd. (“STT Comm”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 29, 2003, as amended by Amendment No. 1 to the Schedule 13D filed by STT Comm with the SEC on December 22, 2003, Amendment No. 2 to the Schedule 13D filed by STT Comm with the SEC on January 11, 2005, Amendment No. 3 to the Schedule 13D filed by STT Comm with the SEC on December 29, 2006 and Amendment No. 4 filed by STT Comm with the SEC on January 19, 2007 (the “Statement”) with respect to the Series B Common Shares, par value 100 Rupiah per share (the “Series B Shares”), of P.T. Indosat Tbk, an Indonesian corporation (the “Issuer”). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings given to them in the Statement.

Item 2. Identity and Background

Item 2 is amended to include the following paragraphs:

The citizenship of Simon Claude Israel, a director of Temasek, has been changed to Singaporean.

The present principal occupation of Justin Weaver Lilley, a director of STT and STT Comm, has been changed to President, TeleMedia Policy Corp.

Item 4. Purpose of Transaction

On March 1, 2007, AMH, AMHC and QIH entered into a Shareholders Agreement (the “Shareholders Agreement”) relating to AMH’s interests in the Issuer. The Shareholders Agreement is incorporated herein by reference to Exhibit 1 to the Schedule 13D filed by Qatar Telecom (Qtel) Q.S.C. on March 9, 2007.

Item 5. Interest in Securities of Issuer

Item 5 is amended to include the following paragraph:

On February 27, 2007, STT Comm prepaid the outstanding amount under the loan facility which was secured by a pledge of ICL’s Series B Shares (the “Indosat Pledge”) pursuant to a pledge of shares agreement, dated as of December 11, 2003, by and between ICL and Standard Chartered Bank, as security agent. The Indosat Pledge was released on February 27, 2007.
